SEA series SWRO
TECHNOLOGY
Every SEA Series SWRO unit integrates the Danfoss iSave® energy recovery device, reducing specific energy consumption.
Energy savings range from 17.0 kW on the SEA100 up to 130.2 kW on the SEA1000 model, which are among the lowest values in the SWRO category.
All systems are controlled via Siemens PLC with full automation and remote monitoring.
High-pressure circuits utilize Danfoss APP pumps made from Super Duplex material for maximum corrosion resistance in marine environments.
High salinity waters (up to 45,000 ppm) can be processed thanks to Toray RO membranes (TM820M-400) and Toray UF modules (HFUG-2020AN) that guarantee consistent permeate quality below 150 ppm.
All systems can be supplied arranged in a container for easy installation and commissioning.
SEA guarantees spare parts and continuous assistance during the commissioning stages and throughout plant operation, thanks to its 24/7 remote predictive maintenance.
